We celebrated the 4th of July on Bryan & Laura's boat. We got a babysitter for Claire & Davis, and big boy Evan got to celebrate with us. We tied up with 3 other boats and had a blast playing in the water and then on the boats. It was really cool watching the fireworks in D.C., while on the Potomac River. After seeing them that way, I'm not sure anything will ever quite compare. Maybe we'll have to make it an annual tradition. Evan had a blast being the only kid in our about 30 person group. He had so much fun with the sparklers, waving the flags, climbing the ladder on Alex's boat about 50 times in a row, and being the center of attention!
